7/08/99 Comair Holdings (COMR)
Points to watch: Comair has completed a base and is ready to move higher. The stock has moved above its 200 day moving average and closed Wednesday within striking distance of important resistance at 23.25 (the 50% retracement of the 3/15-6/2 decline, and a level which acted as resistance throughout 1998). Daily MACD gave a buy signal on 6/28, weekly MACD gave a buy signal on 6/29, and weekly stochastics gave a buy on 7/1. A break above 23.25 would give a strong buy signal. Downside support is at 21.75 and 20.
