8/4/99 Wal-Mart Corp (WMT)
Points to watch: Wal-Mart closed below its 200 day moving average
(42.8) on Friday, and the average acted as resistance on a closing basis
during this week's first 2 days. The 200 day moving average had acted
as support during the stock's lows last October. Daily MACD added to
the bearish picture for the stock when it gave a sell signal on
Monday. Money Flow and OBV are both in declines. A final strong
sell signal would be given if the stock breaks below its May 27th low of 41.
