Oats (OAT)
Points to watch: Quaker is showing signs of
breaking out to the downside. The stock has fallen below its 21 day moving average
(59.25), 55 day moving average (60.58), and 200 day moving average (57.4). On
Wednesday the stock fell below its 55 week ,moving average at 56.5 which had held since
3/97, and below Gann angle support at 56.75 which had held on 4 previous retests since
2/97. Weekly MACD and RSI both showed negative divergences with price during
November's peak and are in downtrends. Both daily and weekly stochastics and OBV are
also in downtrends. Sell, or short below 56.5, placing a stop near the top of the
gap that formed on Wednesday at 58.5
